Everything here felt very good, it was a such great stay of 3 nights. I appreciated location, it was excellent and fantastic, not far from Rialto and St Marks square, several vaporetto stops, and Santa Lucia train station and the Scalzi bridge to San Croce...

Centrally located near transportation hubs and amenities such as parks, restaurants, and markets. the spacious and cozy apartment exceeded expectations, offering a comfortable stay. Helpful staff, particularly Veronica, provided good communication. the property was clean and well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant experience.

Mould was prevalent in areas such as the fridge seal and bathroom wall, which affected the overall appeal of the accommodation.

the managing company was extremely attentive and communicated well, providing clear instructions on transportation and ensuring a smooth arrival. the agent personally met me to hand over the keys and was very helpful throughout my stay. the studio apartment was stylish and lovely, with a quiet garden for relaxation. the location was superb, close to railway and bus stations as well as vaporetto and water taxi lines.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the railway station and within easy reach of other attractions. The apartment itself was modern, clean, and well-maintained. We especially loved the two shower rooms, which made getting ready in the mornings a breeze. The building also had great facilities like two elevators and exceptional sauna showers. The host was amazing, providing us with a smooth check-in and walking us through the property. we were extremely pleased with the value for money and would highly recommend this place.
